Timothy J. DeMore

Tim DeMore is an experienced trial attorney having successfully tried numerous high profile cases to verdict in State and Federal Courts since 2000. Tim’s practice is primarily focused on representing individuals who have been severely injured as a result of medical malpractice, automobile accidents, products liability claims, construction site accidents and wrongful death claims.

While Tim’s practice predominantly involves representing people who have been injured, he also defends a very select group of companies and individuals who specifically retain him for his experience in the Courtroom and his willingness to take a case to verdict.

Tim regularly speaks at continuing legal education seminars focusing on medical malpractice and litigating personal injury cases in New York State Supreme Court. He has authored several articles and legal alerts on a wide range of topics throughout his career.

Phillip Dysert

Phillip Dysert represents individuals who have been severely injured as a result of automobile accidents, medical malpractice through misdiagnoses and/or surgical errors, construction site accidents, products liability and wrongful death claims.

Phil is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation from pre-suit through trial ready in both New York State Supreme Court and Federal District Court.

Phil is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. In addition, he is a member of the Order of the Coif, a national honor society which extends membership to the top 10 percent of a law school’s graduating class.
