Phil represents individuals who have been severely injured as a result of automobile collisions, medical malpractice through misdiagnoses and/or surgical errors, construction site accidents, products liability, slip and falls, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death claims.
Phil is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation from pre-suit through trial in both New York State Supreme Court and Federal District Court.
Phil is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. In addition, he is a member of the Order of the Coif, a national honor society which extends membership to the top 10 percent of a law school’s graduating class.
